How can
we help?

1x E-Scooter SO6

1x charger

1x instruction manual

1x Allen key (M5)

4x M5x16 flat head screws

If one or more of these items are missing, please contact the seller of the product.

Take your folded SO6 out of the packaging and check the scope of delivery listed under point 1 “Operating instructions”. After you have set up the app, remove the listed barcode/sticker for security reasons and keep it in a separate place.

Fold up the stand at the front of the footboard and place the scooter on the ground.

The brake is already connected. Now connect the light cable, the display cable and the motor cable to the handlebar (red to red, yellow to yellow, black to black). Insert the handlebar into the handlebar. If you are using your SO6 for the first time, tighten the screws enclosed in the packaging with the Allen key provided.

Slowly unfold the handlebar until it forms a straight line with the front fork. First press on the safety catch of the clamp and then push the clamp upwards until you hear a click.

You should not exceed the maximum weight of 120kg (including the object you are carrying, e.g. backpack) for using the SO6. A higher load could damage the SO6.

Always store the SO6 in a dry place. If you use the SO6 infrequently, we recommend that you fully charge the battery once a month to maintain the longevity of the battery and prevent damage. Never store the device in direct sunlight for long periods of time (e.g. not in the boot of a car). The temperature of the SO6 and the battery could otherwise rise to over 50°C, which could cause irreparable damage to the unit or the battery life. The storage volume and thus the range of the battery decrease at cold temperatures. At temperatures below -20°C, the battery suffers considerable damage.

To avoid rust on the metal parts of your SO6, you should clean and dry the unit after each use. To do this, use a damp sponge and then dry the unit with a towel. Do not clean the unit with alcohol, petrol or other corrosive cleaning agents. Never use a high-pressure cleaner to clean the appliance.

Repairs may only be carried out using original spare parts and by licensed service partners/dealers. Opening the unit or its components and installing non-original components of any kind will result in the immediate forfeiture of the warranty claim.

The SO6 is protected from water jets according to IP65 and is dustproof, but not waterproof. You may therefore use the SO6 in light rain as well as drive through puddles on the ground. However, you must never immerse the SO6 in water or expose it permanently to heavy rain, otherwise the electronics may be damaged.
