Google Find Hub

This article is related to the SoFlow scooter and Google’s Find Hub app.

The SoFlow scooter can be disabled to stop it from sharing its location. It will no longer report to Google’s Find Hub network and the owner can no longer get updates on its current location.

If you receive a message on your Android device that a SoFlow scooter has been detected near you and you are not familiar with this device, you can make this SoFlow scooter ring through the system notification that you have received. After locating the item, use the steps described below to disable it. The owner will no longer receive updates on the location of this SoFlow scooter and it will no longer trigger unknown tracker alerts.

How to disable a SoFlow scooter

For SO ONE LITE 2, SO ONE PRIME, SO ONE PRIME MAX, SO ONE PRO 3, SO4 PRO MAX 2, SO4 PRO GT 2, SO4 PRO CORE 2 or or other SoFlow scooters equipped with Google Find Hub, please follow the instruction below.

How to Disable

• If the screen is off on the scooter, locate the power button on the left side of the handlebar.
• Press the button for two seconds to activate the screen.
• Locate the turn signal button on the left of the handlebar.
• Press the right-turn-signal button for eight seconds. A confirmation beep will sound. Release the button then.

How to exit «Disable» state

• If the screen is off on the scooter, locate the power button on the left side of the handlebar and press for two seconds to activate the screen.

• Locate the left signal button on the handlebar.

• Press the left indicator button for eight seconds until you hear a confirmation tone, afterwards release the indicator button.

Factory Reset

• If the screen is off on the scooter, locate the power button on the left side of the handlebar and press for two seconds to activate the screen.
• Locate the left signal button and brake lever on the handlebar.
• Press the left turn signal button and hold the brake handle together for eight seconds. A confirmation tone will sound. Now the device is reset to the factory settings.
