Repairs may only be carried out using original spare parts and by licensed service partners/dealers. Opening the device or its components and installing non-original components of any kind will result in the immediate forfeiture of the warranty claim.
Please keep the packaging in case the scooter is ever to be shipped. (e.g. repair).
The products are repaired by our authorised service centre in Ahrensburg (Germany) or in Zurich (Switzerland).

Register your product for repair with SoFlow customer support. Once registered, the repair process can begin.

If all parts are available, the repair will take between 7-10 days.
